Abigail C. Seymour

Author Bio

Abigail C. Seymour is the founder and CEO of Camino Law, an all-female law firm in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she and four other attorneys focus their practice on family law, including surrogacy and grandparent custody as well as family-based immigration, including VAWA and SIJS.

A second-career attorney, Abigail went to law school at forty-seven after a career as a photographer and journalist. She lived in Spain after college and speaks fluent Spanish. Abigail has been a speaker and podcast guest on the topic of reinvention, second careers, and healthy co-parenting.

Abigail is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses scholar and the recipient of an Empowering Women award from NC Lawyers Weekly for her innovative approach to creating a non-traditional and mom-friendly law firm culture.

She received her Bachelor’s (BA) from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and her Juris Doctor (JD) from Elon University School of Law.
