Ana Ruelas

Ana Ruelas is a leader known for building people and brands with purpose.  She is the Founding and Managing Partner of The Agency Austin, a global luxury real estate brand recognized for its culture of collaboration and modern approach to service. Beyond real estate, Ana is a co-owner of Austin Woman Magazine, an organization dedicated to amplifying women’s voices and stories through media and live events.

A former corporate executive with global experience at PepsiCo and Lenovo, Ana brings strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep belief in purpose-driven leadership to every endeavor.

 

A long-time resident of Austin, she has built a portfolio of residential properties and investments across sectors such as healthcare, fintech, sports management, and consumer ventures.

 

Yet, it’s her community work that most reflects who she is at her core. Ana is deeply committed to causes that empower women and children, advance literacy, expand educational access, and support the arts. She has served in leadership and volunteer roles with organizations including Latinitas, Con Mi Madre, Texas Book Festival, and Wonders & Worries, Austin Symphony, among others.
