Author Bio
Ciji Wagner is the founder and CEO of Louder Than Silence (LTS), a nonprofit that provides long-term care, community, and resources for survivors of sexual violence, all at no cost to participants.
With a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and a background in hospitality, Ciji worked in various roles in the restaurant industry before entering the nonprofit sector as an executive chef. Since that pivot, Ciji utilized her expertise in managing businesses in launching LTS in 2018.
Over the course of her career, Ciji has offered over 150 trainings and presentations on multiple platforms such as live and recorded television, podcasts, conferences, guest lectures, and other in-person events. Ciji brings her calm and engaging presence as she speaks from years of personal experience, as well as from her unique ability to explore a topic deeply and then share her knowledge in a way that's easy to understand.
