Cindy Ly is the CEO and Founder of Toolbox Consulting, where she helps construction companies standardize their finances, adopt technology, and build the data foundation needed for AI.

A Purdue Building Construction Management alumna, Cindy spent over a decade managing project controls and heavy industrial EPCM projects before advising hundreds of organizations on technology, leading financial onsites, AI workshops, and hackathons. She works across the full spectrum, from field teams to executive leadership, cutting through the tech hype to focus on what actually works in construction.

Her approach is simple: process first, data second, technology third. She works alongside her clients inside the problem, not above it.
