With more than two decades of experience across sales, education, and team development, Dayne teaches precision communication and de-escalation strategies that help people reduce friction, strengthen relationships, and speak with clarity and confidence. Her work centers on appreciation, validation, and understanding another person's reality, even when emotions are high.
