Author Bio

Janna Paulson is the founding member of Peel Paulson Design Studio and manages three office locations – Austin, Denver & San Antonio. Her 40 years of interior design experience include Corporate, Retail, Government, Hospitality, Residential, and Multifamily Clientele. Having grown up in the industry, she followed in her father’s (Larry Peel) footsteps. She understands all phases of the design process and focuses on a creative, streamlined approach, collaborating with the development team. Janna’s strong relationship with manufacturers allows her to bring a better product and pricing to her clients. She regularly attends various industry markets, including Neocon, ICFF, HD, Las Vegas, as well as Light + Build, Salone de Milano, and the Stockholm Furniture Fair. PPDS work can be found in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Texas.

Mrs Paulson graduated from Arizona State University and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. She devoted her early years to the design industry, serving in leadership roles with ASID & IIDA. She is active in her local community, serving on the Paramount Theatre’s Presidents Council, Texas Book Festival Board of Directors, & The Texas Cultural Trust Texas Women for the Arts. When she has free time, Janna plays golf, travels, and researches great restaurants.
