Author Bio
Karolina Schvartz is an interior designer, entrepreneur, owner of a design studio, and the creator of The Architecture of Starting Over—a philosophy born from her own journey of rebuilding a life she never expected to lose. Born in Poland, educated in France, she lived, traveled, and worked across two continents.

For years, Karolina designed beautiful homes, believing that every successful project began with a strong foundation and a clear vision. Then life demanded that she apply those same principles to herself. After a high-conflict divorce, she found herself rebuilding not only a home, but her identity, confidence, career, and future while raising three children.

She discovered that starting over isn’t about going back to who you were. It’s about intentionally designing the life you’re meant to live.

Today, Karolina combines her experience as a designer with her personal story to inspire women navigating divorce, reinvention, and midlife transitions. Through her writing, speaking, and design work, she encourages women to see every ending as the blueprint for a new beginning and to recognize that the most meaningful life they will ever create is the one they design for themselves.
