Kim Berry Jones

Kim Berry Jones is the President of the Kinship Fund, a private foundation that uplifts women and girls to stay in school, stay out of prison, and be rooted in possibility. Kim practices community-driven, trust-based philanthropy, building long-term partnerships that enable everyone in the community to thrive.

 

With C-Suite experience spanning healthcare, marketing, and nonprofit leadership, Kim knows that real innovation starts with the courage to imagine new ways forward. A highlight was launching the first full-tuition college scholarship in the nation for survivors of human trafficking.

 

Kim’s focus is on shaking up philanthropy and inspiring transformational impact as a speaker, author, and advocate.

 

Kim’s daughter, a special education teacher, and son, a police officer, are her greatest joy. She and her husband, Chris, live in San Diego and share the house with three dogs who also believe they have a seat at the table.
