LaSandra Collins is a Leadership Development Strategist and Human Resources Consultant with nearly thirty years of experience in corporate America. She created The Leader's MAAP™ and the Five Cs of Leadership Framework™, which are designed to help women and organizations build high-performance teams.

LaSandra is dedicated to helping women leaders overcome self-doubt, navigate rejection, and move forward with confidence and purpose. She believes leadership is not about a title, but about how you show up, how you lead, and how you impact others. She equips leaders to lead with clarity, integrity, and intention through a blend of practical strategy and faith-centered principles.

After being passed over for multiple leadership roles, LaSandra turned rejection into redirection. This experience led her to create the R.E.D. Framework™ and write Catalyst: Building and Leading High-Performance Teams.
