With years of coaching experience, a journalism background, and her own journey through panic disorder, Meg knows firsthand what it takes to go from surviving to thriving. She provides one-on-one coaching, created the Just Start program and leads the Live Well Community, where women find support, strategies, and encouragement to take control of their health and well-being.
