Molly Mae Potter

Molly Mae Potter is a founder, corporate executive, and veteran community leader who has spent two decades at the intersection of technology, national security, and human-centered leadership. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former flight test engineer who began her career supporting NASA's Mars Rover missions, Molly Mae went on to hold executive roles at Fortune 100 technology corporations before launching Salem CSO Partners, a product security and AI advisory firm built around governance and ethical AI. She currently serves as SVP of Technology, Engineering & PMO at Dynamic Aviation.

Molly Mae holds graduate degrees in business from the University of Texas-Austin and engineering from the University of Florida, and a B.S. in engineering physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
