Sabrina Gesto

Sabrina is a Business Transformation leader with close to twenty years of experience driving large-scale transformations across more than seventy countries and spanning working capital improvement, technology modernization, and complex post-M&A integrations. A natural relationship builder and systems thinker, she earned a reputation for turning complexity into clarity and uniting diverse teams to achieve challenging goals.

She believes that organizational performance is inseparable from human experience—and that when transformations fall short, it's usually not because the strategy was wrong, but because the conditions for people to execute it—clarity, enablement, and connection—were never built across the environments shaping their daily work. Her work is about closing that gap.

Sabrina works with organizations navigating complex change—driven by growth, M&A, or digital transformation—helping them build the capabilities their strategy requires. She also speaks on transformation, leadership, and the human dynamics that drive organizational performance.

She holds an MBA from Texas A&M and an MSW from Temple University. Originally from Uruguay, she lives in Houston with her family and an ever-growing stack of books.
