Sierra Bailey

Sierra Bailey is an artist, writer, and entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas.

She is the founder and CEO of Maeve House, a private social club for coworking and community events designed to bring people together through intentional gatherings and meaningful conversation.

A lifelong maker and storyteller, Sierra’s career has spanned painting, jewelry design, authorship, and small-business leadership. Her creations and ventures have been featured in national outlets including Elle, InStyle, and Southern Living, as well as on Gossip Girl and Criminal Minds.

Passionate about building spaces that inspire connection, she continues to explore how art and entrepreneurship can strengthen community.

Sierra lives in Austin with her husband, Adam, and their trio of rescue dogs—including Maeve, the spirited namesake of Maeve House.
